Aside from unusually heavy production schedules, the turnarounds listed below are generally available without forward notice.  Turnaround refers to the manufacturing time required, ex-works only, and does not include weekends, public holidays or courier transit times.  Please note that file merging is only available on 5+ WD services:

• 1 day (SS/DS) : Cutoff 2pm AEDST the afternoon BEFORE Day 1,
• 2 days (SS/DS) : Cutoff 3pm AEDST the afternoon BEFORE Day 1,
• 3 days (SS/DS/ML) : Cutoff 3pm AEDST the afternoon BEFORE Day 1.
• 4 days (SS/DS) : Day 1 cutoff 9am AEDST
• 4 days (ML) : Day 1 cutoff 4pm AEDST the afternoon BEFORE Day 1.
• 5 days (SS/DS/ML): Day 1 cutoff 10am AEDST

It is a good idea to pre-arrange the 1 & 2WD services if possible.

Longer leadtimes are also available for most jobs, all with a Day 1 cutoff of 12pm AEST.

Overseas leadtimes start from 6 WDs (including inbound freight) from USA & China, depending on job type, size and material availability.  Typical leadtimes are 8 – 10 WDs for small runs.
