  • Single design file in Protel/Altium 6.9/Eagle or Gerber 274-X file format
  • Minimum 8 thou (0.2mm) track/space
  • 1 oz ave surface copper & min 20um copper in PTHs
  • PTH hole/via range 0.4mm – 6.00mm
  • Maximum 4,500 holes & 15 tool sizes per standard size manufacturing panel
  • Maximum 15 (small) or 30 units (large) per manufacturing panel
  • 2 external signal layers & 2 plane internal layers on 4 layer multilayers
  • Standard 4 layer build using 0.8mm thick internal core with 1 oz copper & 7628 Prepregs
  • Green LPI Soldermask
  • Direct Print White Silkscreens
  • Immersion Silver or HASL (tin/lead) pad finish

Production Panels Usable Area:

  • 180 x 260mm SS/DS (Small)
  • 400 x 260mm SS/DS (Standard)
  • 380 x 250mm ML

When we perform step & repeat, we use standard spacing between pcbs of 6mm for fully routed boards. Standard router bit used is 2.4mm.

The following may attract surcharges:

  • V-grooving
  • NPTH holes or large routed holes

  • 2+oz surface copper
  • Multiple design panels
  • File merging for multiple design panel
