Advanced Services - listed below are examples of the outer limits of what the Carrum Downs plant is capable of. Everything listed here attracts premiums, surcharges, special pricing or special lead times.

• Finelines: 4 thou (0.125mm) track and space
• Microdrilling: 8 thou (0.2mm) finished hole size (max board thickness 1.2mm)
• Hole Aspect Ratio: 6
• Multilayers: Up to 14 Layers, varying dielectrics available
• LPI Soldermask Colours: Blue, Red, Black, White, Yellow
• LPI Silkscreen Colours: White, Yellow, Black, Red, Blue, Green
• Surface finishes: Immersion Gold over Immersion Silver, Electro-Plated Gold over Immersion Silver & Electro-Plated Gold over Electro-Plated Nickel (for edge connectors only)
• 5 oz surface copper (subject to design parameters)
